The school centre Srečko Kosovel Sežana which was founded in 1975 has two organisational units: secondary school (grammar shool, economic and art technical school 15-18 year’s students) and higher vocational school (photography and material design 19-21 year’s students). All our projects are designed to bring added value to our organisation but also to our partners. So we participate in interantional projects and we build a strategic partnership localy and internationally since 2004. The great support of our COMUNITY inspired the developement of projects with schools from places bonded with our comunity. As a school with a lot of experience in enterpreneurship and creativity we started to develop PILOT PROJECTS that we transferd and implemented with former Yugoslavia countries. The projects Festival Doss , Creativity has no borders, Creativity as the intercultural dialogue were designed to promote enterpreneurship and creativity and to built the intercultural dialogue between Slovenia, Bosnia, Serbija and Albania.

In 2008 we become The School centre with the Higher vocational school of photography and material design. We applied for the Erasmus university charter and started to run Erasmus mobility projects in 2010. We can tell that also Erasmus mobility for students and staff brings added value to our institution and the local environment by building STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP nationaly and internationaly by bringing foreign experts and impementig the gained skills and knowledge in our environment. In 2015 year we coordinated 6 international projects ERASMU+ and EEAgrants Norway grants and are partners in 3 strategic partnerships Erasmus+Ka2. We finished the 3 EEAgrants Norway grants projects and the project When local becomes global was recognised as the best practice exmple by our national agency and presented at the final conference of the program.We have a lot of experience and a group of skilled proffesionals: - Erasmus coordinator Maja Prešeren-coordinatior of more than 40 international projects, marketing expert - Sandra Grmek-english teacher involved in all projects - Mojca Železnik -Buda- teacher of entrepreneurship, developer of new teaching methods - Mateja Grmek- geography teacher, skilled in digital teaching metohods- Lucija-Filipčič Križaj. Teacher of mathematics, programing and robotics- Lilijana Fabris- ICT teacher, web developer - Renata Nikolić-art teacher - Uroš Borjančič- phisics teacher, researcher in astronomy
